Damaged Products
If you receive a damaged product, please contact us within 5 days of delivery with photographic or video evidence. We will replace or refund the damaged item after assessment. Minimal dents or scuffs on packaging do not qualify as damage.
Return Policy
• Non-Damaged Items: We do not accept returns for non-damaged items.
• Incorrect Addresses: We are not responsible for shipments returned due to incorrect addresses or missed deliveries. If an order is returned due to incorrect delivery address, a $3 return/restocking processing fee will apply.
